ISOLUCION USA presents consulting, implementation, training, internal audits and preparation for independent certification of management systems. This website provides general information. Viewing it or using certificate lookup does not order services, create a consulting engagement, constitute an electronic signature or authorize a charge. A service engagement requires a separate agreement identifying the contracting parties, scope, responsibilities, fees and applicable terms.

Consulting and certification

Consulting and certification are separate activities. An independent certification body conducts the certification audit, makes the certification decision and issues any certification. Our quality commitment: certification guaranteed or your money back. This guarantee is not a promise of accreditation, regulatory compliance or commercial results. Internal audits and training completion records are not independent management system certification. The applicable standard, edition, scope and transition requirements must be confirmed for each project. References to ISO standards do not imply sponsorship or approval by ISO.

Information and examples

Website material is general information, not legal advice or a substitute for a project-specific evaluation. Organizations remain responsible for their operations and applicable obligations. Case descriptions, photographs and client references present projects and experience from ISOLUCIONMX and Mario García Gurría. Any testimonial describes the identified person's experience, not a guarantee of another customer's outcome.

Certificate lookup and third-party links

Lookup displays information retrieved from the ISOLUCIONMX public register. A match does not itself establish accreditation, current validity or conformity. A missing match does not establish invalidity. Confirm the issuer, scope, dates and status directly with the issuing body. Third-party websites and registers control their own content and availability; a link does not make their statements ours or establish endorsement.

Permitted use and intellectual property

You may view the site and use its information for evaluating the services or consulting a reference you are entitled to check. Do not interfere with security, overload the service, introduce malicious code, impersonate another person or use lookup information unlawfully. Do not republish personal information from the register for unrelated purposes. Site text, design, images and other protected materials remain subject to their owners' rights. No license to reproduce ISO standards or third-party logos is granted. Statutory exceptions and lawful quotation remain available.

Availability and responsibility

Information may change and technical interruptions may occur. To the extent permitted by applicable law, website information and lookup are provided as available without a guarantee of uninterrupted access or suitability for a particular purpose. Nothing here excludes liability for fraud, willful misconduct or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricts mandatory consumer rights, or prevents honest reviews. Separate service agreements govern responsibility for contracted work.

Applicable law and updates

Applicable United States federal law and the state laws that govern the relevant interaction apply, including mandatory California protections where applicable. These website terms do not select an exclusive court, impose arbitration or waive collective remedies. Service agreements may separately address governing law and dispute resolution within applicable limits. Updated terms will be posted with their effective date and do not retroactively amend a service contract. English and Spanish versions are intended to be equivalent.

Certification and money-back guarantee

If you do not obtain certification, we refund everything paid for the project, provided your company has fulfilled its agreed responsibilities, followed the instructions and supplied complete and truthful information, without withholding information or providing false information.
